Bidding Terms & Condition of Alivizion

At Alivizion, payments can be made online via bank transfer or in person at the time of pickup. All artwork prices are fixed and non-negotiable, regardless of the payment method chosen.

  • 1) Fees and Payment: Customers have the flexibility to pay online to reserve a painting in advance or pay in person upon delivery. Payment must be made in full before the artwork is released or delivered. Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer is required to pick up the painting within five (5) working days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
  • 2) Termination and Cancellation: All artwork sales are final. Due to the unique and personal nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure your decision is final before completing the purchase.
  • 3) Liability and Indemnification:We take great care in packaging and handling each artwork. If any damage occurs during transit or handling on our side, we will take full responsibility. However, if the damage is caused after delivery or due to mishandling by the customer, we are not liable and no compensation will be provided. Customers agree to handle and care for the artworks responsibly upon receiving them.
  • 4) Ethics, Morals, and Respect: Art is a reflection of human thought, culture, and emotion. We believe in maintaining an environment that values respect, integrity, and moral responsibility. By purchasing or engaging with our artworks, customers agree to uphold these values and treat each piece — and the people behind it — with the dignity they deserve.
